Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Other: UnionPay

All payments are securely processed and transactions are handled in GBP (£).

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
To ensure fast processing, any change or cancellation request must be submitted within 15 minutes of placing your order. After this window, orders are automatically sent for fulfilment and cannot be modified. Please contact us immediately at support@everlaya.com if you need to make changes.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after checkout. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your delivery costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and then typically in transit for 5–8 business days. In most cases, orders are delivered within 6–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment or visit our Track Your Order page for live updates.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@everlaya.com with your order number. You will receive a return authorisation and detailed instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product. In those cases, we will cover the return postage.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes. You can request an exchange within 30 days from the delivery date by contacting support@everlaya.com with details of the item you wish to exchange. Items eligible for exchange must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all original tags.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?
Our pieces are designed to align with standard UK sizing. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort. You can also check the product description for any specific fit notes on the item you're looking at.

Are your products true to size?
Our pieces follow standard UK sizing, but fit can vary between styles — particularly between bodycon and flowy silhouettes. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us at support@everlaya.com and we'll be happy to help with sizing advice.
