We want you to feel completely confident with every purchase you make from Everlaya. If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer a clear and straightforward return process.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)
To start a return, please contact us at support@everlaya.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer care team will then send you return instructions.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed. Please note that, depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Shipping & Return Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except where the item is faulty, not as described, or we have made an error)
- For returns due to a change of mind or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Where the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or sent in error, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund, including the original delivery charge
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at support@everlaya.com, ideally within 48 hours of delivery and with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case promptly and provide an appropriate solution — a replacement, a repair where possible, or a full refund.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once they have been opened or worn, except where they are faulty. These include, but are not limited to, swimwear and underwear where the hygiene seal has been removed. If an item is not eligible for return, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Your Rights Under UK Consumer Law
Our 30-day return policy is offered in addition to the rights you have under UK consumer law. You have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where items are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. These statutory rights are not affected by our return policy.
