At Everlaya, we aim to make shipping clear, reliable and straightforward. Every order is shipped with care, so you know exactly what to expect from checkout through to delivery.
Shipping Coverage
At this time, we ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders can be delivered to residential and business addresses across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after your payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for dispatch and handed over to our delivery partner.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT) on business days typically begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 17:00 (GMT), at weekends, or on UK public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Transit Time
After dispatch, orders are typically in transit for 5–8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Transit times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shopping periods.
Total Delivery Time
The total delivery time is your processing time plus transit time.
In most cases, orders are delivered within 6–10 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment all the way to your door.
Delays
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to look into it for you.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure that the delivery address you provide at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied. If you notice a mistake in your shipping details, please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
